Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort are currently recruiting a Breakfast Chef to join the Team
Tulfarris is a beautiful 4* resort located on the Blessington Lakes, set against the backdrop of the Wicklow mountains and just a 40 minute drive from Dublin city. The 18 hole championship golf course is well regarded as one of the best in Leinster and the main hotel incorporates 60 deluxe bedrooms, The Elk bar & Line tree restaurant. Also on site is the original 18th century Manor House which has been beautifully restored offering 7 opulent suites, as well as sitting and dining rooms which can be either open to the public or used for private occasions. The resort has a successful reputation and proven track record as an idyllic wedding venue and has a dedicated golf membership.
This role will involve shift patterns and weekend work associated with the hotel industry.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years experience as a Chef, will display a positive attitude and flexible approach to work, and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Duties included
in the role:
• To cook food to the required specifications
• To ensure the smooth running of food service with Kitchen and Restaurant
personnel
• To ensure all special requests are met
• To work in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP
regulations are adhered to
• To receive goods from suppliers, when required, and to ensure products
conform with HACCP specifications
